Health
St. John’s United is committed to meeting your health-care needs, whether out-patient or transitional, and accompanying you as you heal. We provide care for all ages with specialists who develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoration, rehabilitation, and transitional care. Our skilled nursing and therapy services are also available to individuals through our Medicare-approved home health-care team; helping you heal at home from illness, injury or surgery. St. John’s United is also a Medicare-certified hospice provider. We offer compassionate hospice care at the end of life for patients and their families.
Family
Over the years, St. John’s United has expanded to provide more comprehensive family services. We can help you navigate through the process of infant adoption, contract adoption, and international adoption. Our qualified mental wellness staff provides general counseling services for mental and behavioral health related concerns. We offer confidential pregnancy support with resources to make a well informed decision about your pregnancy and the future of your child. Our intergenerational childcare program, Center for Generations, focuses on early childhood development and provides opportunities to build respectful relationships with our elders.
