About Us
At Home is proud to offer Senior Connect, a free program dedicated to helping seniors and their caregivers access essential local services. Our initiative assists with connecting seniors and/or their caregivers to resources like food, housing assistance, transportation, social support, healthcare and any other services that will enhance the daily lives of those 60 and older. We’re thrilled to announce that thanks to a recent grant from Lutheran Services in America’s Rural Aging Action Network, we’ll be expanding Senior Connect into Yellowstone, Missoula and Ravalli Counties.
Services we can be your Free Advocate for:
- Food Security
- Do you wish you had more help with meal preparation or getting groceries?
- Do you have any difficulties finding affordable food?
- Housing Safety
- Do you need assistance in maintaining your home?
- Do you need assistance in finding low-income housing?
- Social Support
- If for any reason you need help with day-to-day activities such as bathing, preparing meals, shopping, managing finances – do you know individuals to help you or can get you the help you need?
- Do you feel lonely or isolated from those around you?
- Would you like to be more connected to other individuals?
- Transportation
- Do you have trouble finding or paying for a ride? (eg lack of reliable transportation kept you from medical appointments, meetings or from getting things needed for daily living?)
- Healthcare
- Do you have any current or ongoing health conditions you would like additional assistance with?
- Do you need assistance in filling out financial assistance forms?
- Are you a family caregiver needing respite?
- Other
- Are there any other areas which you are concerned with or might be interested in assistance if available?
